Madzolonga is an Album by Tsonga Rapper - Dee Michaels that was released on the 7th November 2025. “The title simply means a fight... kungari nyimpi ya mina kambe nyimpi ya munhu wunwana ni wunwana loyi a hanyaku la misaveni… leyi i nyimpi ya vutomi, i nyimpi leyi lwiwaka siku ni siku. La misaveni loko hiri ku hanyeni ku ni tinyimpi hi matlhelo hinkwawo, kuna tinyimpi ta nyama na tinyimpi ta moya.

How long did it take you to compile the whole Album from Start to End?

Honestly I've only started working on this project from last year; July 2024… I started out with songs like Khongela which featured King Tsonga and produced by Joyler Teezey. After coming out with that song, that's when i said to myself that the sound was worthy of an album

What’s your favorite song this Album and Why?

Haha can't say much but Rifumo Ra Ngati featuring Mchangan is the one right now… it sounds more mature. It is not just a song but it has a deeper meaning and a lesson… it is one of those songs yaku loko u yi yingisela you'll have deeper thoughts... that is surely a LESSON!

Are you planning to shoot any Music Videos on any of the songs on this album?

Yes i have 3 videos lined up, i already have one with RX on the song titled Way 2 Hot that's coming out.. the song is also part of the album… so I've already had a word with my Director ZeeFilmsPlus to have a song like Kokwani & Rifumo Ra Ngati feat Mchangan Shot! Before december 1st

How is the response from the fans towards the album so far?

Haha they are loving it... I've always been a story teller brother, i wrote stories and i guess that's what entertains them to the core... it is easy to relate to DeeMichaels!!!

Inkomu

Makwavu is an Album by the Rapper Nebo SixFour that he calls a “Peak” of Everything the fans love about his music.

If people love the sad songs or story telling songs, this is the Peak of those songs.

Nebo SixFour has been doing Music for a While, dropping singles here and there. He then dropped a mixtape called “Nkelunkelu”.

So all those were like “Testing” just like when you do foot testing on some food and beverage shops. He did that just to evaluate the numbers and feedback from the fans as preparations for this album.

If you like everything that Nebo Sixfour does from Pen game to production and deliverance, this is going to be like your All time favorite album by him.

This album consists of all the songs that he posted short video clips of on social media just giving a taste of what the album will have in it. That’s even the reason why this album is called “Makwavu”… Everything of the  Makwavu you know is in this Album. This is the compilation of all the songs you love by Nebo SixFour that he never dropped.

How long did it take you to compile the whole Album from Start to End?

It took me about 5 years to compile the album, I made sure to select all my favorite songs to make them an album. Meaning they are all my favorite, a compilation of all my favorite songs. This is my favorite album in the world right now

This is the album where if I die now, I will be happy and proud that this is the work that I left while I was still alive.

What’s your favorite song this Album and Why?

As it took me about 5 years to compile the album, I made sure to select all my favorite songs to make them an album. Meaning they are all my favorite. It’s a compilation of them

Are you planning to shoot any music videos on some of the songs on this Album?

Planning… not really but ready… yes. I’m not planning to but I am ready for it because i usually drop visuals almost every year.  So if I drop any visuals, they will obviously come from this album

Who did you work with on this Album and how was the experience working with them?

Most of the People I’ve worked with on this Albums are people who are not on the mainstream, and those are my favorite people

I’ve worked with Mo-Love, Surprise-B, Hosi Kontini, N’waswiphato… There’s a song I made with Flash Cortez that I might as well drop it as a single.

There’s also this guy I’ve just discovered that he is a beat maker… his name is Tervo… Shout out to him, he produced about 3 to 4 songs in this album… Great person as creativity goes and communication.

It was a beautiful experience working with them… more like an adventure on it’s own man, and most of them was my very first time working with them, So it was amazing… I’ve worked with three poets on this album man and I’m also giving people opportunities to work with…

Why is this your last Album? Are you saying goodbye to music as a whole or you are saying goodbye to Hip hop?

I just feel like I gave it enough of me… Everything that I feel like I should have done, I did it.

I remember I was even proud of where I was 3 years ago, even by the time I went to a talk show #Talk2Jay, I was proud by my progress In music, everything I was doing in the music industry and how my music has affected people.

So looking at 3 years ago compared to now, there hasn’t been much of a change as far as benefit goes because my music is still being played by certain people and still holds the same value.

My music still get constant plays in different places every now and then and the fact that I’m not a person who promotes or don’t drop my music that much, I know that my music can stand on its own without me you know, and that’s something I really wanted to achieve.

Another thing is, I feel like everyone needs to move on… not to sound offensive but I want to say “A legend” you know… you are going to be a legend either way to anyone, you can do something stupid today or something heroic and you be a legend.

So I just feel like it is my time
