Honest Diebolic - In The Morning ft Ziggy (Prod. Kay Murder)

The song reflects on how we as artists are slaves to creativity, the challenges we face and aims we have to reach greater heights. We sleep in the studio just have that peace of mind and let the creativity flow in the right direction and that happens in the late hours of the night or early hours of the morning.

The most highly anticipated album from the Cape Town RAP group since tracks such as Camagu | iVamna | S’phum’eGugs | I will make it - and alike, Driemanskap is known for their distinct texture (Xhosa Rhymes) as they pride themselves in making music with substance.

With the full length album around the corner, the single #HlalaNam – they take you on a spiritual journey and maintain their signature cadence from the thread of their classical iZulu Lelam.

Coffee is a stirring love story of sorts. As humans we are often confused about what we really want in relationships. Love is complex and contradictory at the same time. Sweet yet bitter, M.O.E questions whether or not she is or is not your taste of Coffee. In the end you all take a sip. Enjoy!

M.O.E
Born Moana Tela in American Samoa located in the South Pacific Ocean. M.O.E which stands for Music Over Everything was inspired by her love of diverse music. While visiting her Mother’s Island of Fiji  she helped shape her outlook on music in a significant way. She realized the power of great energy expressed through music and was always prepared to perform. Although it was traditional to listen to Island jams she was more interested in American Music. She was influenced mostly by Hip-hop, Pop, Rap, Rnb and Rock although Reggae was the most popular sound on the Islands. The vibe was always the same, very chill happy melodies that make you feel deep sensations.

Passion is when you put more energy into something than is required to do it. It is more than just enthusiasm or excitement, Passion is ambition that is materialized into action to put as much heart, mind body and soul into something as is possible. Pride is an emotional state deriving positive affect from the perceived value of a person or thing.

The Passion Versus Pride Mixtape reflects on how we as people are torn between the two on a daily basis. Do you follow your passion beyond the point of fatigue or do you follow your pride. A lot of people can’t swallow their pride and chase their dreams by any means necessary. They choose to be victims of people’s opinions, who then get the power to dictate what one should do or not do. Nothing is as important as passion, No matter what you want to do in life be passionate about and have pride in yourself and art.

“My Passion and Pride is unleashed,
I want to free us all so let me preach,
Stuck in situations and I’m trying to eat,
These are my transitions I’m becoming me,
Still intact with my black roots that’s who I be,
Against all odds I’ll emerge as a king,
Life is a test and I’m paving my way,
I’m doing the right thing” – Honest Diebolic

YoungGoofy YG and KB The Rapper, two Rap artists from Cape Town, South Africa came together to form an amazing collaboration. Nobody saw this collaboration coming however it is definitely one that many are excited about.
.
The song is titled "Hold Up" and is 2 minutes and 52 seconds long. The story behind the lyrics, as told by YoungGoofy explains how eager the two artists are to get to the top of the music game and compete with many of the top artist out there.
.
The meaning behind the chorus of the song :
*(Everybody want the Money hey, yeah yeah

Everybody want the fame
"Hold up" , homie you not even made for this game
"Hold up" , homie you can never float on my wave)*

.
When YoungGoofy was asked what inspired the chorus he said, "Everyone wants/needs money, and yes everyone is able to make money however not everyone is able to make money through fame".
.
Both verses were then written around how both artists felt about becoming the "next big thing" in the music industry and also creates an image showing that they are willing to work for what they desire and do not expect anything for free.
.
The music video was shot in Table View, Cape Town and was directed by Teal & Orange. The visuals are amazing and compliments the songs perfectly. Shoutout to Teal & Orange as well as @Xdizzle for putting together this work of art. The song is available on all streaming networks, such as Spotify, iTunes, Soundcloud, etc.

Zandspruit could easily be perceived as a shanty-town, with little hope for survival, but its young people are full of potential and yearn to make a difference – KatlegoKayGee XI’ Mau being one of those.
SINCERELY YOURS TRULY is KayGee XI’s first studio album, and is a very intimate body of work.
Released independently, the album contains a beautiful and honest collection of songs, straight from the heart.
Never afraid to write and make music about day to day life challenges that are common with a lot of
youth and young adults, SINCERELY YOURS TRULY came about after KayGee XI’s own experiences with depression and mental health issues, as well as conversations with peers around him who have experienced similar or relatable challenges. While detailing his challenges, as well as those of his close friendships in the album, KayGee XI’s optimistic and appreciative outlook on his life managed to create an empowering and uplifting album, full of hope and promise.
The album was recorded at Green Roots Entertainment studios in Cosmo City, where it was mixed and mastered by VeeBeats Exclusive, co-produced by Nate Africa, Obi Praise and Thando Ngcola. The
album is dominated by melodies and instrumentals that take the listener on a mental trip of self-discovery, pain, heartache and also happiness at the end of all the heartache.
“Writing the songs on this album was a way of me coping with everything that was going on around me. The songs are intense, but it’s not all a sad story. The first love, the first heartbreak, the first experience with depression and trying to cope with it, first time hearing a close friend has been dealing with pain caused through rape and other forms of abuse… all of those experiences moulded me and the album itself. Telling those stories knowing someone else will definitely relate and not feel alone in their struggles. The album is a gesture of hope and restoration.” KAYGEE XI
Prior to this, KayGee XI has released 2 mixtapes, ‘Deep in Ratchet Thoughts’ & ‘2040 The Luv & the Trap’, which served as his introduction to the music industry after his promising football career came to an end in 2014. He went on to release ‘Transitions EP’ in 2018 which gained him media attention, as well as catching the attention of UK based SA Hip Hop reactor, Madzie Superset. ‘Transitions’ earned him 2 nominations at the 2019 ‘011 Awards’ for Male Artist of the Year & Mixtape of the
Year.
The new album is a hallway into the personal experiences of KayGee XI, through him choosing to be vulnerable enough to allow himself to open up to the world and expose his inner most feelings and struggles.
SINCERELY YOURS TRULY" is an 18 track package of hope, love and overcoming of difficult challenges that everyone can relate to across all the borders of the world. It can be seen as the end of a long battle against mental health, and a start to a brand new chapter full of possibilities.”

Ive always been one to write down my emotions and later discovered that i could put it to good use through poetry, which i did.
I was part of a christian spoken word poetry group called Poetic Gospel and we would occasionally arrange our own shows.
I turned some of my poetry into rap and it was amazing because i got my message accross clearly and since most people are into that genre of music, i figured more people would listen to my work and relate to it.
My stage name is Lyrical Ninx and the reason for the name is because my mind is always full of lyrics. I met my producer in 2012, his name is Joel Tabana and he is the one person that believed in me even when i didnt believe in myself.
I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to be able to speak to people through music and to God for installing this gift within me.

Who or what got You into hip hop?

I started of with poetry which turned into rap so thats how i started rapping.
.
Who is your Main inspiration into this hip hop game?
Eminem, I love that guy because he's real and honest and Nicki Minaj because she writes her own stuff and that for me is very important
.
What is the good and the bad thing about hip hop as a female in SouthAfrica according to your experiences?
The good thing about hip hop as a female in South-Africa is that there's not really a lof of them so the one's that are there are paving the way for us and also showing us with hard work and dedication, females can rule the hip hop world.
The bad thing about it is that people always compare the female rappers to Nicki or Cardi which i feel is very wrong coz each rapper is different
.
What's your say about the title "Female Rapper" when you are a Lady but when it is a Guy... it is just a "Rapper"
Female rapper......for me,  it's cool. I honestly dont have a problem with it, infact i feel honoured when im being refered to as a female rapper.
.
How does Gender based Violence affect you as a Lady in the Rap industry?
I would say guys always have the upper hand and women tend to sometimes feel inferior because of this. Gender based violence is a reality that we all have to face and i sincerely hope in time, it will change.
.
What is the motive behind your music?
My motive behind  my music is mainly for people to be able to relate to it. When someone listens to my music, i want them to feel like they are not alone and that there's people out there who has been thru what they are going through.
CD Cover 1
How is the response from Family and friends towards your music
My support system is overwhelming. I get support from all sides and that for me, is a very big blessing.
.
Lyrical Ninx... What's the story behind this stage name?
The story behind the name Lyrical Ninx...is quite simple... my mind is full of lyrics all the time and that's where Lyrical come from and Ninx basically comes from my nickname Nina.
.
Shout Outs
I wanna send a shout-out to God, firstly. I am eternally grateful for this gift that ive been blessed with. Secondly, to my son, he is my biggest fan and my number one supporter. My name is Hanoch, born Sandile Nyundu from Mpumalanga, I grew up in a Place called Clau-Clau and currently staying in Cape Town. I recently released a song called Bless My Grind (prod. By Fya Philly) It’s a prayer to God that He must bless my Grind and give me more money. As I say, more money since it makes the world go around and I wanna use it to take care of some things. I wrote the song after looking around and wishing to make a difference. Especially providing for the homeless and for those students who can’t afford tuition because they  are from a poor background. Although I don’t reveal much in the song but it also ties in the fees I owe for my university. I needed money. Being born without enough and after varsity you already have a debt and a family to take care when your Salary it’s not enough to cover everything, it’s really interesting. Lot of people are going through such and all I’m asking (wrote the song on their behalf) God bless our grind so that we can have enough “I got some stuff to take care”, as I mentioned in the song. I acknowledge that silver and gold belongs to God , thats why I’m asking him to bless my grind. I also make it clear that let not my love be on money that I even take a life. I simply need it but I don’t love it. Of which is two things that many people confuse.

The song is on most digital platforms, including Sportify, Deezer, Google Play, YouTube Music, ITunes, Apple Music, Amazon, etc. Just search “Hanoch Bless My Grind”. It’s also available for stories on Instagram and Facebook.

I ask everyone to feature the song on their stories and tag me on social media: Hanoch World, On Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. You can hit my website for more information about me and my music: hanoch.co.za . I pray God bless Your Grind.
