I'm an 18 year old independent rapper/ singer/ songwriter/ record producer from Marble-Hall, Limpopo and after my bad matric results I moved to Pretoria Central for greener pastures where I'm still based at currently. I've been rapping for about 5/6 years now and I've also got 2 years experience of music production.
Who or what got you into Hip hop?
At the age of 9 I started poetry with the encouragement from my English teacher as she complemented my grammar and versatility to apply writing skills then I started writing ever since... After 3 years, a week or two before my 12th birthday my father passed away where I went through depression and stopped writing. I would listen to RnB to escape being suicidal and it made me want to sing but I couldn't at the time. Then at age of 13 I've noticed Nas and other hip-hop moguls such as Jay Z, Pro kid (R.I.P), Siya Shezi and others then learnt I can also do music even if I can't sing, I then started following hip-hop and wrote my first raps at 14 and improved great with my poetry background.
What is the bad and good thing about hip hop according to your experiences?
I wouldn't say anything bad about it... it's just that it's rapidly growing and with many people at it, the industry becomes more strict in acknowledging and/ or opening for new talent because some just do it to gain fame then quit and start something else then abandon it... It's good because when you at it, more people (fans) start noticing you and giving you all the attention and the love which comes in handy when you need something. With it's wide range you get more gigs then get paid and an extra income from doing what you love is cool.
What is the Motive behind your writings? (Especially Your Latest Tracks)
Every-time I write, I make sure that it connects to everyone who's listening by observing situations, my emotions, people around me and everything that a human engages with.
Who are the great artists or organizations that you have worked with in this Music industry?
As an independent artist, it's hard to get around great artists/organizations because they undermine you, but I've managed to engage with Wizibeatz(produced Couldn't by A-Reece ft Emtee, Monifere by Ntukza and for other artists i.e Fifi Cooper, Zingah, Mshoza and more), Bentley Records, Thami Phoenix and currently on a table with Luca Dayz (U.S) and Frost (S.A)
Is U.S Hip hop different from other Countries? What’s your say in this?
Well... I see U.S hip-hop different from that of any other countries. It's delivery, sound and quality is leading... the artists and the labels there support each other making it to be invincible and strong, they also have a great marketing strategies and promoters.
What changes will Seazer McCall bring to the Rap Hip hop industry in the near future?
I'm bringing change, bars, punch-lines and more competition so rappers would get off their seats and start battling and doing the most... I also want to encourage other rappers that you don't have to sample anyone's work, creating your new sound and rhythm is what makes you unique and makes fans to inhale a new foreign sound and image giving you more advantage and spotlight to be the best of you.
How is the Response from Family and Friends that you are in the Hip hop Game?
My mom despise the fact and my aunt tries to be a little bit supportive although she's scared that I might end up no where and collapse... but my friends are very supportive, they wish to see me make it.

RICCO DRUMS
So my name is Onkgopotse Ricco Mabuela II. I come from a small town called Greenhills (West rand). I’m a Pastors Kid. I come from a very Christian based background and musical family in all. I’m currently the drummer for Kwesta DaKAR, first young drummer to sign under his record label “Raplyf Records” and I’m currently his touring drummer. I’m a drummer by profession and a music composer as well. I started playing drums since I can remember. I asked my mother how I actually started playing and she said while she was pregnant with me she prayed to God asking him for a son with a gift that he can use to glorify him. So as months passed she noticed that every time music played in the house I would move or kick to the sounds of the music I guess. So it’s safe to say I’ve been doing this drumming thing since forever, a gift from God.
Who or what got you into playing Drums?
No one really got me into drumming, like I said it’s a God given gift. But I have a few people that influenced my style of play, like my late uncle mike who used to play at church and my other uncle Neo who also played at my dad’s church. As I grew up, I started listening to guys like J-Star, Ramon Sampson, Refilwe “fifsta the superstar” Mofokeng just to name a few. Internationally, I checked out guys like Ronald Bruner Jr, Tony Royster Jr, Dave Weckle, Aaron Spears and Chris Coleman just to name a few, so all these guys influenced my style of play.
If you weren’t in Drums, what would you do?
Drums ?… Another career I’d love to venture in is quantum physics. I always wanted to know how the universe works… so Quantum Scientist.
What is the Best and Worst thing about playing Drums according to your experiences?
Best thing about drums is that I get to express myself, I get to make people happy, make them dance; give them an epic energized experience.
The worst thing is when I perform and for some weird reason something breaks that’s really important like a pedal or tear my drum skin mid way during the performance ...??♂️?
What are the amazing places that you have travelled that made you fall more in love with Playing Drums?
Places like Senegal!!! Got to learn more about our history in Africa and the slave trade, went to Goreé island which was heart breaking but I learned so much history over there. Another place I really enjoyed was Kenya. Got to see the Maasai People! It was interesting, only saw those only people on TV, but those people are tall man, like tall! Thank God I get to see all these wonderful places through my gift!
You play Drums for one of the best Hip hop artist in South Africa and Africa at large (Kwesta). How did it happen?
How I started playing for Kwesta ??
so… I remember a day before my birthday; I posted a video on Facebook playing drums to a Dj Khaled’s song. It got hype, a few shares and Refilwe “fifsta the superstar” saw it. He inboxed me, asked for my numbers and the following day on my birthday, I got a call from him. He told me he wants me playing for his artist which was Sis Bucie and wants me to start rehearsing Kwesta’s music. So I did, and Lord behold, 2 months later I played my first gig with Kwesta and the rest is history!!! ?
On your full set of Drums, which instrument is your favorite and why?
The entire drum set is my favourite!!!! Drums bro, Drums!!

The name is Nkosana Tlhapi also better known by my artist alias Yizolezo Mnaka, Born on the 13th of January 1991 in Soweto but raised in Alexandra Township. I regard myself as an upcoming creative crafts-man rather than just a rapper, because I believe that music is art and art to me has no boundaries as long as I keep true to myself that will make it easier for people to relate and understand me and my approach to art.
Who or what got you into hip hop music?
I was always involved in arts & crafts and did poetry as a hobby during my primary school days, only mid-high school a very close friend Khulekani Mashinini introduced me to Paul Gumbi better known as “Pablo66”. He saw potential in me and not only challenged me into doing hip hop but taught me everything he knew about composing and song writing, from then I never looked back.
If you were not into hip hop music, what would you do?
A Business man most probably because I am fascinated by the influence and power that one individual can posses and I still aim on pursuing it.
What is the best and worst thing about the hip hop industry?
The best thing about the hip hop industry currently is that you can make a real success of yourself if you smart about it. Artist like your Cassper Nyovest and Nasty C have shown us that it very possible. The worst thing would have to be that there is too much duplication of imitations in exchange of burning records just only for the time being, all in the name of hype. Respect for the hip hop industry is no longer the same hence why the game is very much polluted.
Who are the Amazing people or organizations have you worked with in this music game?
I have been doing this for 10 years now and the journey has been nothing but blissful, was fortunate enough to work and share the stage with people like your Khuli chana, Gigi Lamyne, Social commentary forum, Hempza Mawawa and the producer Slotta from Swaziland just to name a few.
What is the motive behind your writings, especially your latest track and EP FREE?
Firstly that knowledge is power and to remind a black child to be proud of whom they are and that the past defines no one. I emphasise mostly on mental strength on almost every track on the EP because I strongly believe that the brain is thee most powerful weapon on this planet.
How did you come up with your Stage Name Yizolezo Mnaka?
The Yizolezo is a very common kasi term in Alexandra and the Mnaka is a siSwati term which means brother. I am Swati just that I am using my mom’s surname for now which will change soon to Sifundza because my father is Swati. It’s a combination of the environment I grew up in and my culture which makes it unique and hard to forget even though it is one of the longest names haha.
One word to describe Yizolezo Mnaka?
GOD.

Player1505 is a Video editor, Music Producer, songwriter, and record producer, I’m from Johannesburg in Gauteng Province. I started Editing videos and Producing Music at the age of 16, Like Most Well Know Good Music Producers i Started Making Beats In my Bedroom Using Fl Studio and Later On mastered the process of music production and video editing, I later on began using Other Digital Audio Workstations And Video Editing Softwares Like Premier pro, Pro Tools And After Effects.
Would you classify your activities as Vines? Who or what got you into that industry?
No I don’t classify my work as Vines because Vines are clips that usually play for about 7 Seconds, the love of entertainment is what got me into this industry because I started loving doing what I do at a young age.
If you weren’t into editing videos, what would you do?
Since I’m doing two things, which are video editing and Music Producing it means If I was not editing videos then I was gonna be doing music only.
What recognition or achievements have you had so far though editing those videos
So far it must be getting TV and radio interviews from some of the big shows in the country.
Please tell us about one video that you think it was your best work. What was the motive behind it?
All the videos that I do I consider as my best work because I put all my effort in each and every one, but if I had to pick one then it has to be the one by “Drake, Rihanna & 50 Cent” singing “Umoya” By “Heavy-K”, The Reason why I pick that one is because I spent more time than usual editing as it was hard to pull off because I had to combine 3 different artists from 3 different videos to become 1 video of a single song, and it came out beautiful and amazing.
Are you doing all the amazing work by yourself or there is a crew/team that you are working with?
Lol I’m doing everything by myself.

You are also in an awesome platform of income which is Trading Forex, what motivated you to join Forex?
My friend, late high school friend Mixo Manganyi introduced me to forex and my plan was to use the money I make from forex to finance my music career since the plan was to be an independent artist

Gold forex has the ability change the lives of millions of people, we have such high rate of poverty and unemployment, those who are employed are not making enough money to fully sustain their lives.
