Jovislash has done it again. Who would have thought that the president of the EEF, Julius Malema could be featured on a hip hop song?
It is crazy, yes it is. He [Julius Malema] is featured on Jovislash’s new single titled Signal (Mama). This song was actual inspired by the provocative speech by Julius Malema at the late Mama Winnie Madikizela Mandela’s funeral.
Rapper Jovislash came up with a song that he dedicate to his late grandmother who died of cancer and everyone who survived or lost the battle with cancer, not forget the ones left behind mourning their late mothers and grandmothers. This is a very deep and profound song whereby Jovislash reminisces about his late grandma and paying homage to her.
This song will definitely bring tears to your eyes, if you do relate.
“I was touched by Julius Malema’s Speech at Mama Winnie Mandela’s funeral. It reminded me of my late grandmother, I also had so many questions I wanted to ask her and I needed a signal. It was a really touching and a sad situation. My grandmother died of cancer.” Says Jovislash.
