The good thing is; you become respected and not just a random person, you’re characterised.
The bad thing however is that some people will speak bad and talk trash about My music just to kill My self esteem.

LilSavage Dah Rapper; what’s the story behind this Stage name?
I was a hip hop dancer in a group of 5 and i was the shortest, most aggressive, youngest and didn't like rehearsing in dance moves when others practice, i would prefer looking than dancing so there was this one guy who said this nigga is Savage, till i recognised I'm “little” one, so i named myself LilSavage.
I also noticed there are alot of niggas on social media named the same “LilSavage” so i added Dah Rapper to make it different
What’s this One thing you would like to change about Hip hop in your hood?
Event organisers should focus more in booking local artist and the government should make a free studio in every town which is free to push talents.
Who would you say is the King of Ven Rap and why?
I see no king, maybe coz they all seem to be similar to me.
Who’s your Celebrity Crush and Why?
It used to be Kamo Mphela but i don't have anymore coz she seems to be older than me 😂.

The EP name “Last Love Letter” represents love, heartbreak and tough relationships. It's a reminder that you're not alone, and that someone understands what you're going through.
What’s your favourite song from this EP and Why?
Vuyisa Mbilu. The song's message is really relatable - it's about how life can get complicated, like when you find yourself falling for someone who isn't great for you, even if you're a good person with good intentions.
How long did it take to complete the whole EP from A to Z?
It took me a few months to finish the EP, and to be honest, it was a challenge. I had a packed schedule and couldn't dedicate as much time to it as I wanted. But I pushed through and did my best to get it done as quickly as possible, despite the chaos.
How was the experience working with the artists you featured on this EP?
Collaborating with Skero B, TeeEms, Krazy-Boy Magaraba and The late Madzuni on this EP was a game-changer. My experiences combined with what I learned from them, unleashed a burst of creativity and inspired me to make something amazing.

Are you panning to do remixes on any of the tracks on this EP?
I might remix the lattest song called Mjamu’jamu featuring Krazy-Boy Magaraba. Not sure yet!

What’s your favourite song on this Album and why?
Well, haha i don't have a favorite song since i love them all... but songs like "Waswi Tiva", I feel like yina dyondzo yikulu, ngopfu ngopfu loko swita eka vutomi bya masiku lama hi nga na ti challenges to fana no kala ka mintirho eka youth… that song tells us everything we need to know ku kota ku avoida swilo swo fana nati depression na ku commit ti suicide eka youth.. it is a very special song i believe so...
What made you to take this long to complete the whole Album?
To me music is personal... I spent a lot of time trying to put together the songs that makes sense and compliment each other... the album was supposed to have dropped hi 2022 but I decided to take sometime and create more art... I’ve deleted songs before... I've re-recorded songs again and again until ni kuma leswi ni lavaku kuri vayingiseri vati phina hi swona... I spent 2 years dealing with singles and it was frustrating to those who support me from the heart hiku nkarhi wunwani a vo twa onge aniva tekeli nhlokweni kasi e-e ahi swona... anaha tirha ku endlela leswaku vata kota ku kuma swilo swo vupfa leswi vangatati nyungubyisa hi swona.
Who did You work with on this Album?
I worked with almost everyone in the game... I've worked with poets , professionals engineers , upcoming producers and a whole lot of artists... look bro, music is chemistry… do we compliment each other on thee song? It is not all about putting people together and call it a record… I tried my best with Features that I still believe they were the perfect fit... if I was to write a list of people that are involved in this... we can spend the whole day... I appreciate everyones effort, they had other commitments but they still showed up for me. It is always LOVE.
What’s the Motive behind the Artwork cover and who designed it?
The artwork portrays the Ancient theme, I swilu swa khale… even though I didn’t include anything of my culture which is Xitsonga… but Artwork leyi yi representa Magandzelo and I am the one who came with the whole idea and designed it as well
How is the Response from the Fans towards this Album compared to other Projects /Albums?
haha... The response is top notch my brother, it is getting to the people each an everyday and i am happy that i am sharing this craft with them... they are loving it man, they are very very proud of it… it is like its new everytime they press play.. they already have they favorite songs.. they are loving this art ..
Rtee Dope is a Rapper from Chavani, who is now also found at Cosmo City.
Rtee Dope’s music influence come from the likes of American Rapper NF, where he struggles a lot to find beat makers who can make NF type Beats.
So for him to move from Limpopo to Gauteng, he’s now seeing the difference between the two hoods when it comes to the hip hop approach.

Lection is a Rustenburg born Beatmaker, sound engineer, producer, performing artist, events organiser, voice actor and videographer just to mention a few skills God has granted me. I spent most of my childhood years in Mafikeng so a lotta people kinda confuse the two.
Who or what got you into hip hop?
The culture and freedom to express yourself through words and beats. I have my Brothers to thank for that as they played a lotta Tupac, Biggy, Snoop, KRS back in the days.
What is the good and the bad thing about being a Rapper around your hood?
Pros of being a rapper is expression, it’s easier for the next person to know how you view the world through your music or lyrics half the time.
The Cons are the stigma behind being a rapper or musician for that matter, most people rarely think anything postive or don’t see it as a good career choice.
You are one of the fastest rappers in SA, what inspired you to rap like that and how do you feel about the reaction from people towards your fast rapping skill?
Bone Thugs and Harmonony and Busta Rhymes were my big influence in terms of double time rapping so I just flipped it to my home language which is Setswana. The most rewarding thing about that skill is how people react to it especially on stage.
What is this one song that made a lot of people to know or love Lection?
I got into the commercial scene through “Basadi”
Lection… what’s the story behind this stage name?
Lection is a combination of all my names Thebe Jairus Solomon Lekhonkhobe (Lek/c, T from Thebe, I fro Jairus and On from Solomon)
What is this one thing you wish to change about SA Hip hop?
More than just the genre I’d really love to see more opportunities for artists so that the industry can grow.
What do you Love Most about your fans when you are on stage?
I love how engaged fans get when I’m on stage, that’s priceless.
